I couldn’t watch TV for most of the day because it was too depressing.
I couldn’t blog because I had too many ideas swirling around in my head and no desire to think about them.
I couldn’t nap because I would just start thinking about what a horrible state the Democratic Party is in.
So I spent most of the day watching old borrowed swing dance videos while eating ice cream. I acted like I was trying to pick up pointers and moves, but my mind was too fried to function that well, so I just stared at the screen, laughing when I saw someone I knew, bizarrely entranced most of the time.
Today is a sad day for America.

The mandate is bullshit. And young people DID turn out in larger numbers than in years before and voted overwhelmingly Democrat. Don’t get stuck too long over the defeat. The asshole Nazis of the world just upped the ante. Time to give them back a little of the love.
