It’s been over a year since I’ve had a radio show, but I’ve decided it’s time to head to the basement of Sayles at odd hours once again. This term, I’ve decided to try a show of all Swing music. The goal is not only to get people interested in the music, but also to improve my own DJing abilities for other things.

For dance events, I try to moderate the tempos, provide a mix of styles, and cater to my audience. But this show will be pure, unadulterated, high-energy vintage Swing. Expect to be jumping in your seat.

So listen to “The Winona Street Stomp” every Thursday morning from 7:30 to 9:00 AM (Central Time) on KRLX, 88.1 FM. You can stream it live on their website. It’s the best way to wake up in the morning.
